Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final
All shirts are made to order in limited quantities. Because production begins shortly after purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has entered production, except as described below.

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of checkout. To cancel, email us at LoriSchutz@Porsche356Registry.org with your order number. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already begun.

Order Changes
Changes to size, design, or shipping address must also be requested within the 24-hour window. We can't guarantee changes once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at LoriSchutz@Porsche356Registry.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for reasons of size, fit, or change of mind once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
